6 Week Basketball Speed and Strength Program

The fast paced natured of basketball requires athletes to not only be in great cardiovascular condition, but to be quick, fast, strong and explosive. The Athletic Empire Basketball Program will develop your basketball player as an athlete and improve their:

  • Shooting : Core Strength and Stability

  • Ball Handling : Lateral Quickness and Agility

  • Defense : Lower and Upper Body Strength

  • Offense : Explosiveness

  • Footwork : Vertical Jump

  • First Step Speed : Confidence

After training with Athletic Empire, your athlete will be able to:

  • Drive to the basket with more speed and power

  • Defend with more quickness and agility

  • Jump higher for rebounds and block shots

  • Move up and down the court faster and more efficiently.

Days/Time/Cost of Trainings:

When: 3x a week Mon/Tue and Thur

Times: 4-5/30pm Or 5-6/30pm

Cost: $300
